1.1. The Human Resources department, which is a structural division of “MARATHON Group“, organizes and regulates issues related to the hiring and dismissal of employees.
1.2. The department adheres to the decisions, orders, and instructions of the management in its activities.
1.3. While performing its duties and exercising its rights, the Human Resources department collaborates with other units and departments in the company’s organizational structure.
2.1. The activity directions of the Department are as follows:
2.1.1. To ensure the company is staffed with highly qualified specialists and to select and place personnel;
2.1.2. To provide suggestions to the management regarding the appointment and dismissal of employees to and from positions, as well as their rewarding and accountability for discipline.
3.1. The department carries out the following duties:
3.1.1. Organizing the forecasting of the company’s human resources, selecting employees, appointing and dismissing them, rotation, rewarding, accountability for discipline, and arranging leaves;
3.1.2. Identifying the training needs of employees, implementing measures to improve their professionalism and ethical behavior issues;
3.1.3. Learning, generalizing, and making suggestions for domestic and international experience in the field of human resources and business, and their practical application;
3.1.4. Preparing regular reports on the current staffing table and vacant positions of the company;
3.1.5. Organizing training and seminars aimed at managing human resources and improving leadership skills for key employees working in the company;
3.1.6. Making proposals on the preparation of professional specialists in the relevant field and the arrangement of training programs, and participating in their implementation.
4.1. The Department has the following rights to carry out its duties:
4.1.1. To propose improvements and innovations in the field of the department’s activities, taking into account advanced international experience;
4.1.2. To prepare proposals for increasing efficiency and resolving conflicts in the management of human resources in the company;
4.1.3. To provide opinions and proposals on activity directions, conduct analysis and generalization, and prepare analytical materials;
4.1.4. To conduct research on issues related to activity directions, and to propose the creation of worker groups and commissions;
4.1.5. To make proposals on engaging independent experts and specialists in their activities.
5.1. The following departments are included in the structure of the Department:
5.2. The employees of the Department are appointed and dismissed by the Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.
5.3. A director who personally bears responsibility is responsible for the performance of the tasks assigned to the Department and the implementation of the rights granted to them.
5.4. The Director of the Department has the following powers:
5.5.1. Organizes and manages the Department’s activities.
5.5.2. Conducts division of responsibilities among the Department’s employees and ensures their mutual cooperation, monitors compliance with labor and performance discipline.
5.5.3. Signs the planned work schedule and other similar documents, and monitors the timely and high-quality execution of the planned activities.
5.5.4. Proposes to the company management the incentivization of distinguished employees in the high professionalism of labor functions and adherence to internal regulations in the company, as well as the implementation of disciplinary measures for employees who violate labor and performance discipline.
5.5.5. Provides regular reports on the Department’s activities to the company management.
5.6. In the absence of the Director of the Department, the responsibilities assigned to them are fulfilled by the person designated in the appropriate manner.
6.1. The responsibilities of the recruitment and personnel department are as follows:
6.1.1. Prepare or participate in the preparation of project proposals for decisions, orders, and directives of the Company’s Board of Directors and its chairman, along with other departments.
6.2. The responsibilities of the training and human resources department are as follows:
6.2.1. Implement a human resources strategy for the selection, recruitment, and placement of employees, ensuring the company is staffed with highly qualified professionals.
6.2.2. Provide suggestions for the preparation of professional training programs in the relevant field and participate in their implementation.
6.2.3. Provide opinions and proposals for the hiring, dismissal, rotation, reward, and disciplinary responsibility of employees in the company.
6.2.4. Prepare proposals to ensure an effective and continuous personnel policy and to ensure objectivity, equality, fairness, and transparency in the management of human resources.
6.2.5. Plan activities to motivate and develop the company’s employees and award incentives to them.
6.2.6. Ensure the personal work of the company’s employees and enter their employment contracts into the electronic information system with a strengthened electronic signature.
6.2.7. Provide employees with service certificates and workbooks, ensure the completion and registration of workbooks, and maintain records.
6.2.8. Prepare leave schedules according to the law, ensure leave is granted to employees, arrange for their registration, examination, and payment.
6.2.9. Implement changes in the staff schedules for the overall structure of the Company, prepare and submit them for re-approval.
6.2.10. Prepare or participate in the preparation of suggestions for regulating and improving activities in the field of human resources.
